When contacted on the matter, the party’s President Enock Chihana said a special committee which looks into disciplinary issues is responsible for the hearing of Mwenefumbo’s case.
However, Mwenefumbo says the party has not formerly summoned him.
He said he is surprised to hear the news because he has not violated any law in the party.
