Be Forward Wanderers has rubbished rumours that the club has parted ways with head coach Yasin Osman.
News has gone viral on social media that the veteran coach who brought Super League glory back to the Lali Lubani after 11 years of title drought will not have his contract renewed and the executive are eyeing the signature of Zimbabwean mentor Raman Gumbo who worked at the club some years back.
The Nomads General Secretary Mike Butao trashed such reports insisting that Osman is not available now because he is sick.
Butao has also revealed that Osman and his technical team will have deals renewed before the team returns to pre-season training on 6th March 2018.
"Those rumours are false nothing happened, our technical panel is intact. There's a group of people who are busy coming out with false stories and I don't know the reason behind this.
"We believe by the time the team regrouped this coming month Yasin will be available,” he said.
On the issue of Zimbabwean coach Raman Gumbo coming to the Lali Luban, Butao said he don't even know that there's a coach of such name as Calisto Pasuwa was the team's favourite but the deal flopped.
"I don't even know that Raman is Gumbo the one that I know was available is Calisto Pasuwa when those rumours came out. I am the head of technical and I could be the first one to have such information but iam baffled on where these rumours are coming from," lamented Butao.
