The Public Affairs Committee—PAC says its board is yet to discuss whether or not to call for fresh mass protests over Electoral Reforms Bills.
The quasi-religious body threatened to conduct the mass protests after government went against its word to pass all six Electoral Reforms Bills in the last meeting of Parliament.
It cancelled its planned protests at the eleventh hour after government brought the bills in the National Assembly.
However the House only passed one bill before adjournment.
In an interview with Newsline on Monday, PAC Spokesperson Father Peter Mulomole said the board is expected to meet soon once all logistical arrangements are done.
During the meeting, according to Father Mulomole, the board will evaluate the last sitting of Parliament.
