1000 JOBS TO BE CREATED UNDER GREEN JOB CREATION INITIATIVE

At least One thousand jobs are up for grabs under the Green Job Creation initiative which aims to address issues of Climate Change.

The brains behind the project Save the Future Foundation through its director Maloto Chimkombero said, "Calls to end charcoal burning have yielded no result as people were not economically empowered." 

Chimkombero added that high unemployment rate has further increased pressure on the country’s natural resources.

Chimkombero said among others the initiative will empower youths with skills on how to make charcoal using waste, sowing and modern irrigation farming practices.
