9 NABBED FOR DEVILTRY

9 suspected hardcore thugs accused of masterminding criminal activities in Kawale Township in Lilongwe have finally been caught by law enforcers. 

Police say the alleged gang leader Mussa Phiri, aged 31, is among the suspects in custody. 

Kawale Police Station deputy spokesperson Mabvuto Phiri says Police acted on a tip from well wishers. 

Phiri added that the suspects’ ages range from 17 to 31.
