An activist fighting for girls’ rights has urged the First Lady Monica Chakwera to coordinate with other stakeholders in running her Shaping Our Future Foundation.
Memory Banda made the remarks following last Friday’s official launch of the foundation which focuses on promoting young women in rural areas and street connected children.
Speaking in an interview with Timveni, Banda noted previous initiatives by First Ladies have failed to leave up to expectations due to sidelining of various players in society.
