FEDOMA CONCERNED WITH SECURITY FOR GRAVES OF PERSONS WITH ALBINISM

The federation of Disability Organizations in Malawi (FEDOMA) has said graveyards of people with albinism need much protection.
The remarks by FEDOMA acting executive director Symon Munde come after the exhumation of the body of a person with albinism in Nsanje and the tampering of 2 grave yards of a person with albinism in Blantyre a few weeks ago.
Munde says this is an indication that graveyards of persons with albinism need much security.
According to Munde, the deplorable acts do not give dignity to persons with albinism.
On this note, Munde called upon security agencies and traditional leaders to work together in protecting graveyards of persons with albinism
